The venue and seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
